What our Warranty Covers
Paragon Auto Glass offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY on all materials and workmanship provided at the time of service. This lifetime warranty includes air noises and water leaks on any installed parts. A stress crack will be covered for one year from the time of service. Installed materials will be covered for one year from the time of service. Distorted glass MUST BE reported within 30 days of service. Scratches in the glass must be reported within 7 days of service.
REPAIR WARRANTY. If your repaired glass cracks out further from the repaired location, we will credit half the amount paid for the repair toward a replacement glass. If the glass cracks during the repair process, you will not be charged.
This warranty is valid as long as you own the vehicle, and is non-transferable. Any issues must be reported within 30 days of notice and all warranty work is to be handled directly through Paragon Auto Glass. Any warranty work done outside of Paragon Auto Glass will not be reimbursed and will void all future warranty coverage.
Our warranty does NOT include coverage for preexisting conditions that were caused by damage, rust, etc. If our technicians notice any preexisting damage, they will inform you and document the damage. We will cover any damage that occurs during installation, BUT you must report this damage within 24 hours of service. We reserve the right to refuse any reports of damage if they are made after 24 hours from the time of service.
We do not offer a warranty on installation of used parts or removal and re-installation of any part.
If the glass breaks while installing a used part or during a removal and re-installation, you will only be charged a $30 service fee. Paragon Auto Glass is not responsible for the parts for these services, nor will any guarantee be made to the safety and longevity of the installation. The customer assumes all responsibility for these services.
